Been looking for a reliable used car for a few weeks then I stubbles across Elite car Direct. Honestly from the first enquiry to buying my car Vish was fantastic responded straight back to my emails great advice very professional and polite. When I went to pick car up on Saturday car was all prepared MOT’d done including all advisories and new tyre ! full Service car immaculate and well worth the price paid… which is another story my hast or maybe blond moment to pay and collect car I and accidentally transferred an extra £1000 🤦🏼‍♀️… soon as this was received Vish transferred this straight back and emailed me to let me know… I would recommend this fantastic family run garage to all my family and Friends, soon as my daughter passed her driving we will be paying ECD a visit … thank you Vish hopefully see you soon !!!

The sale of my vehicle was 1st class, buying a new car even if it's second hand, it's still new to me, the worries of making the wrong decision aswell as the worries of the dealership doing right by the customer, all that was put to bed by the polite and patient of the Elite manager, who took the time to point out everything l needed to know about the car, my after service experience so far is excellent and added a extra 3 months warranty which gave me piece of mind.

Trustworthiness and honesty don't often belong in the same sentence when it comes to the motor trade. What a refreshing experience! We bought a great car, had excellent service and would highly recommend Elite Direct Ltd to anyone. Vishal the owner was selfless and so professional, an honourable person, not once did he try to over sell the car his knowledge and skills in selling a car was admirable. The whole experience of buying the car was stress free and I never felt at any time under pressure.

From start to finish great service, Vish was friendly, patient and gave us time to look & consider the car we went to see even though it was near to closing time. After having a good look at the car we asked a few questions and Vish offered to touch up a couple of the marks we found on the car as well as offering a 6 month warranty & MOT till 2026. We then discussed the price and came to a satisfactory agreement and went back to collect it today. Vish kept us updated prior to collection letting us know when the work was done on the car etc and on arrival today he was on hand with the relevant paperwork to complete & he also arranged the Tax for us. Would highly recommend this friendly & personal service with no sales pressure unlike the normal car supermarkets.

Friendly and relaxed sale style, no high pressure. The salesman (Vish) was really helpful and had the car prepared quickly , MOT’d and replaced parts of age concern.

Firstly Vish was absolutely fantastic - he answered every question- within 30 seconds of a text going through! He was reliable, polite, friendly and an all around pleasure to deal with. He made sure all MOT advisories were completed and a fresh MOT put on the car (even though 10 months left on MOT!) and done a service prior to pick up. He got the car ready in 1-2 days. Great professional garage to collect the car from! Secondly, the car, wow the care and attention to this car has been incredible. 17 plate and no scratches or chips! Full service history and a great price for the standard of this car. Thanks so much!

I was trawling through Autotrader looking for SEAT Leon's and I came across this dealership, I'm happy I did as they were very friendly to deal with and were informative and helpful unlike many other dealers whom I have spoke to on my hunt for a vehicle, all the ones I spoke to seemed to have aggressive sales tactics, it was refreshing that Vish from Elite Cars Direct wasn't pushy at all. The team Were excellent throughout my enquiry process furnishing info promptly and accurately. I looked at 2 cars and they patiently went through and above all were completely honest and provided the info but no hard sell or attempt at any form of evasion. Cars were very well prepped and all paperwork indicated was present unlike my experience at other places. Deposit was returned without an issue. Thank you Ellie and Vish.
